Good question! All crystals will resonate with our soul as long as you set this intention. But in my experience Selenite would be the one that I would choose for soul work. It is a gently powerful crystal with a high vibration (making it easier to resonate with). It aligns with the higher chakras, especially the crown, and higher, assisting with higher self or soul connection. It removes blockages and clears auras.
