A Journey to Better Times

We have been through some tough 'stuff' recently, and I'm sure we have all been feeling it!

A possible reason for this is that 2021 was the preparation time for our bodies, and our planet to adjust and integrate the new codes and downloads that the Universe/Source has been sending in - in order to get us ready for the next dimension that we are to ascend to, or as the popular phrase goes The New Earth. We are transcending the 3D and shifting into a higher level of conscious living.

The incoming energies may have felt heavy at times but this is only because our physical bodies and energy fields are not accustomed to these much lighter and higher vibrating frequencies yet.

Our physical bodies have been bombarded with the new light codes sent in by the universe, this has occurred whether we have been aware of it or not. In order or us to integrate these new energy frequencies we need to release the dense old-thought, fear based energies that have been stored in our bodies over many years. This has caused us to feel deeper emotions coming up such as anger, sadness, fear, depression and frustration... more illness, inflammation, headaches and dryness-eyes, throats & skin.

I think a lot of us have been unaware of all the new codes being directed to us and our planet so didn't take the opportunities to release these old stuck energies that no longer serve our higher good.

Here comes the good news...!

These stuck old-thought energies and patterns have had their grip loosened, they can longer stay rooted as the new higher vibrating frequency codes have already integrated with our personal energy systems; and where there is higher energy - lower energy cannot exist in the same place.

All we need to do now is acknowledge the low vibing emotion, habit or illness as it arises and sit in the zero point field for a minute or two while we intend it's release. If we do not set the intention to release the negative outdated energy it will bounce around in our physical system coming up more and more frequently as a reminder from our Higher Selves to release it.

More good news is that with the high vibration codes that have been recently anchored into our physical systems, it is now much easier to release the old 'stuff'. It is also the time to manifest what we want more easily than it has ever been!

The Universe/God/Source has set us up for ascension, it is now up to us to use this resource with the ever ready and willing assistance from our personal guides, Higher Selves and Source.

There has never been a time, for us, of such high frequency assistance available as there is now. It has become even more available from the 2-02-2022 and will continue to increase with huge impact until 22-02-2022... This portal will usher in major transformation, it will bring earth grids back online and accelerated mass ascension for us and our planet (who, by the way, has also been undergoing a major ascension process set up, assisted by the release of old struggles via tremors & earthquakes etc).

It is a great time to shed fear, old connections, limitations & lack mindset... a time to bring in healing, joy, abundance and light...time to bring it in and send it out...pay it forward... for others to benefit from as well.
