"Finding" Your Happy

Have you ever stopped to think … children do not need to search for happiness, nor do they need to find themselves. They are innately happy; they know and be themselves all of the time, we see them being cross, sad etc and then they get over it.


So, when and how did we feel we’d lost our happy, and/or ourselves? Sure, it’s a slow process, hormones in our teen years could possibly have led us to believe we’d lost a bit, adulting and its inadvertent pressures could make us think we’d lost a bit more; and so on. If we take a good look, we’ll see that in reality it’s all still right there, tucked away deep inside of us, surrounded and supressed by un-real pressures or blockages that disallow the dynamic flow of the quantum energy matrix that we all have unlimited access to, the harmonious flow or force of life itself.


We know it is still there because there are many times that we feel uninhibited joy, it’s an unmistakeable feeling of animated being or happy personified. If we can feel it sometimes, we can feel it all the time, within reason ~ even children get emotional, the trick is feeling it and then letting it go… How do you feel happy when you are anxious, tense, sad or otherwise perturbed, you might wonder? The answer is you don’t and you can’t, all of these discordant vibrational feelings are thoughts made manifest by our minds, sure, the situation is there that caused these vibes, but how we deal with them is what defines our characteristic state of happiness. Case in point: while writing this an unbearably persistent fly would not leave me alone and I subconsciously reverted to an irritated state … until I decided I wasn’t! Strangely enough, at that point, the creature of which I speak disappeared! 😊. A small example, but hey, you don’t always need to start big.


I mentioned the matrix of boundless quantum energy available to us, if we frequently and consciously tap into this energy system, we can keep this flow open allowing high vibrating thought processes to become our norm, in other words we can custom make our existence or our reality. Think of it as high vibration life force energy being breathed in, will force low vibrations up and out, where they can be transmuted back to light and love. People are indeed complex creatures that support hearts and brains that at times feel like they run us, but our bodies are basically the vessel that allows us, as part of the universe, to express ourselves for a short while.



If our thoughts are high vibrational or harmonious then we are resonating with the creative force of life itself ... It’s worth the effort.
