It's here … Mercury is in Retrograde

Basically, Mercury in retrograde is infamous for causing havoc in all things communication, it can cause delays in travel and is well known for instigating technology glitches! It is not to be considered all bad as generally this is a good time for us to slow down, think before we speak and double check all business and legal aspects that we may currently be dealing with.

However, this particular retrograde, which ends 31 July 2019, has the added benefit of Sirius, the brightest star and far bigger than the sun, being in alignment with the rising and setting of our own sun. Sirius, while boosting and recharging our sun, is delivering high frequency energy of spiritual growth and wisdom to planet earth.

All we need to do is quieten our mind, settle into our heart space and breathe this beautiful enriching energy in.
